School Site Council

General information

The School Site Council is responsible for developing important school plans that are designed to improve instruction, services, organization, and the school environment at the school site. In November, the Sac High School community established its 2014-15 School Site Council. The Council is composed of the principal, teachers, other school personnel, parents of current students, community members, and students currently attending the Sac High. The Sac High School Site Council convenes on the Sac High Campus.

The Sacramento Charter High School Site Council:

  1. Measures effectiveness of improvement strategies at the school.
  2. Seeks input from school advisory committees.
  3. Reaffirms or revises school goals.
  4. Revises improvement strategies and expenditures.
  5. Recommends the approved Single Plan for Student Achievement (2014-2015 SPSA) to the governing board. (Signed copies are also available in the front office)
  6. Monitors implementation of the SPSA.
