This month we celebrate the powerful contributions of women past and present as we shine a light through storytelling and conversations about inspiring positive change. We are thrilled that Underground Books is the official local bookseller for Vice President Kamala Harris’ memoir 107 Days which provides an honest and up close look at the short time she had to run for President. You’ll definitely want to buy her book if you are planning to see Vice President Harris when she comes to Golden 1 Center on April 4.

We are also excited to partner with the Sacramento Literacy Foundation and have Underground Books serve as the book provider for their Authors on the Move event on Saturday, March 14. Later this month, we will welcome Sacramento Native Jordan Robinson at Underground Books as she discusses her new book about the WNBA, “Court Queens.” These are just a few of the opportunities to gather, learn, and celebrate the impact of women in our community and beyond.
