Is the event still taking place at the Red Lion Woodlake Hotel?

Yes.  The St. HOPE Dinner is among the last events taking place at the Red Lion Woodlake Hotel which is scheduled to close in December.

When will I receive the actual tickets?

Actual tickets will be mailed or hand-delivered during the week of October 10th.

What is the dinner menu?

Dinner Menu 

Is there a vegetarian or vegan option?

Yes. Please contact Dinner Coordinator to reserve a vegetarian meal.

What is the dress attire?

Dress attire is business formal (jacket and tie, cocktail dress etc.)

Do I need to bring my printed ticket?

Yes. Each guest needs to have a printed ticket in hand prior to entering the event.

What time should we arrive?

Registration, general and VIP reception begin at 5:30pm. The main event begins at 7:00pm.

How long is the event?

The event will end at 9:00pm.

Who attends the VIP Reception?

Diamond, Bronze, Silver and Gold level sponsors receive a limited number of VIP tickets based on their sponsorship.

Where should we park for the event?

Free parking is available in the hotel parking lot. 

Are kids allowed to attend?

Yes kids are welcome to attend with a ticketed seat.

Will alcohol be provided?

Yes. A no host bar is available during the pre-reception.

Are there assigned seats?

Yes. Volunteers will assist each guest to find their assigned table and seat based on your ticket #.

Will David Stern and other special guest sign autographs?

Signing autographs and taking photos with guests is up to the discretion of all of our special guests on the day of the event.
