We are looking for volunteers to help with this year’s event to assist with:

• Event-Set Up
• Guest Check-In
• Guest Seating
• Concessions 

Available Dates:

• Wednesday, October 11 (4pm-6pm)
• Thursday, October 12 (4pm-6pm)
• Friday, October 13 (4pm-6pm)
• Saturday, October 14 (12pm-2pm)

NOTES:

• All volunteers will be given an event T-Shirt to be worn during volunteer shift(s)
• All volunteers are asked to wear black or khaki pants and comfortable shoes
• Volunteers may be asked to move or lift items at least 25lbs.
• Volunteers may attend event after shift and sit in any available seats once all guests have entered.
• If available, volunteers may be asked to assist with post VIP reception
