Data & Accountability

Overview

The Data and Accountability (D&A) team works to collect data for both internal analysis and external submission. As such, D&A plays a part in collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data for a variety of assessments from benchmarks to the ACT, and assists school sites in the conducting of state testing. D&A also manages the implementation of the various SHPS stakeholder surveys as well as the analysis that is pushed out to school sites. On the accountability side, D&A manages a variety of data submissions at the local, state and federal level such as the SCUSD Audit, all CALPADS submissions, and the Civil Rights Data Collection. D&A also manages food services and programs funded under Title I to ensure federal compliance.
