Allison has a BA in Child Development, a credential in Early Childhood Special Education and Masters work in Education. After working for four years in applied behavior analysis, she spent time in Africa training local teachers. In 2008, Triumph’s founding year, Allison joined SHPS as a teaching fellow and behavior consultant. After teaching at Triumph, she worked in Napa County as an inclusion teacher and site supervisor. At this time Allison also participated in a state-wide Leadership cohort for Excellence in Early Childhood Educational. She returned to Triumph as Director in 2012, and takes pride in the high-quality preschool program Triumph offers.
