The week of February 21st-24th was Literacy Week for our PS7 scholars! Literacy Week started off with a trip to the Book Fair where scholars were able to fill out their own Wish Lists and find special books they wanted to purchase.

On Thursday, PS7 staff, scholars, and 101 PS7 families celebrated Literacy Night, which included games, prizes that included college swag bags and Golden Once Center event tickets, and of course another opportunity to purchase books! Friday concluded Literacy Week with our PS7 Elementary Read-A-Thon! Scholars who raised $5 or more were able to come to school in their pajamas and enjoy a day of reading!
