Guild Theater: Rent
Rent the Guild Theater
Renting the Guild Theater is an easy process!
| 1. | Look over our Guild Price List. The fees are based on a 4-hour event. We will be happy to customize rates for multiple-day events.

| 2. | Complete the Guild Reservation Form so that we can provide you with a quote. 
 | 
| 3. | Email us to discuss food catering and bar options! manager@guildtheater.com. 
 | 
| 4. | Review emailed quote and confirm to proceed. 
 | 
| 5. | Sign and return contract with deposit (all payments made online). | 
Rental Information
- 
    The Guild Theater and Esther’s Park reserves the right to refuse service or rentals. 
- 
    Alcohol is only permitted in the Guild through the Bar Service Option which includes a permit, bar tender and security. 
- 
    Pre-event walkthrough is required for all performances including plays and concerts. 
- 
    Catering options are available through one of our approved Oak Park restaurants listed below:

- Bar Service Option
Payment Timeline
Payments will need to be received as follows to retain your event date:
DEPOSIT – Due 5 days after contract/invoice is received.
FIRST PAYMENT – First half of payment is due 30 days prior to your event date.
FINAL PAYMENT + INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - Second half of payment and proof of event insurance is due 7 days prior to your event.
